Chilly weather forecasts for December 1 have curtailed the activities planned for Lakeside’s Holiday kick-off event.
The new schedule calls for Chaz Marie to perform 5-6 pm, followed by Jon Christopher Davis at 6 on the stage in the Plaza (2412 Lakeside Pkwy).

The tree lighting will proceed as planned at 7 pm, followed by Davis performing two Holiday tunes. Holiday music will continue to play in the Plaza until 8 pm.
Social distancing will be in effect.

The event had already been scaled down by concerns over the Covid pandemic.
