GDS Wealth Mgt. completes move to Lakeside Village

Last week, GDS Wealth Management’s 22-member team completed the one-mile move to their new two-story, Mediterranean-style building at 2910 Lakeside Village Boulevard in Lakeside Village.

“The feedback from both our employees and clients has been resoundingly positive,” said Glen Smith, president of GDS. 

Birch Construction oversaw the building process, which began in May 2022. “They were exceptional,” said Smith, “and even exceeded our expectations, with only a minor 3-week delay from the original schedule.”

The building offers a range of significant improvements from their previous offices in Fountain Place (just north of Lakeside). Three conference rooms have grown to 7. And the new building offers space for up to 40 offices. 

“These offices are designed exclusively to provide advisors with more space and tools to better serve our clients,” Smith said. 

And from the outside, the GDS Wealth Management headquarters in Lakeside Village makes a powerful statement. 

“We are confident in our ability to cater to clients not only in Texas,” said Smith, “but across the entire United States.”
