Danni and Kris

Danni & Kris are a dynamic duo hailing from Fort Worth, Texas — two very different yet very similar best friends who joined forces together to create a new musical project formed around acoustic melodies, story telling lyrics, and harmonies that make your heart melt.

They began writing about anything and everything from wishing they were kids again, as heard in “Yesterday”, to the joys of finding someone new to love, heard in “What You Do To Me,” to even poking fun at themselves writing about the boys who never paid attention to them, heard in “Brand New Boyfriend.”

The two grew up in the same neighborhood for quite some time, never knowing the other one was just around the block. It wasn’t until after their teen years that they met, through a large amount of mutual friends on FaceBook where Kris messaged Danni, “We should get together and jam sometime.” The rest is D&K history.

Undeniably, Danni & Kris took the best parts of their own selves to create a super band by appearing on Good Morning Texas, playing shows around the DFW metroplex, performing at venues such as Klyde Warren Park, The Prophet Bar, The Door, The LOT downtown, Sofar Sounds, Deep Ellum Brewery, the Fort Worth Convention center and much more.
