The RESULTS Center, located at the corner of Surrey and Lakeside, will serve as the headquarters for Tony Jeary International and Oak Stream Investors.
While many residents of Lakeside live, work, and play here, few will do so in the high style of Tony Jeary and Jack Furst.
The pair are building a Class-A office building in the heart of Lakeside (at the corner of Surrey and Lakeside), less than half a mile from their future residences at The Lakeside Tower.
The 5,440-square-foot RESULTS Center will serve as headquarters for their respective businesses. It is expected to open at the end of the year.
Jeary’s firm, Tony Jeary International, offers business strategy consulting to companies around the world. Furst’s firm, Oak Stream Investors, is a private family office.
The RESULTS CENTER is located in the heart of Lakeside DFW. The tenants, future residents of Lakeside Tower, will have less than a half-mile walk to their offices.
Jeary is relocating to Lakeside from western Flower Mound, Furst from Bartonville.
Both were drawn to Lakeside for the ability to live, work and play in one location.
Of course, The Lakeside Tower’s views over Lake Grapevine played a role as well.
“We wanted to build a space and place that would fit our lifestyles,” explained Tony Jeary, “while having the conveniences of a mixed-use community near DFW Airport.”
“We also wanted our building to complement the neighborhood and meet the high standards of Lakeside DFW.
“We believe the RESULTS Center will do that,” Jeary said.
Construction progress on the RESULTS Center at the corner of Surrey and Lakeside in late June.
Lakeside, a 150-acre urban-style community next to Lake Grapevine, is master-planned with a variety of housing options, restaurants, shops, office, and a boardwalk creating a lake-view, walkable community for the Town of Flower Mound.
At build-out, Lakeside is planned for approximately 2,200 residences and 705,000 square feet of commercial space (including planned hotels) at a combined value of $750 million to $1 billion.
“We hope the RESULTS Center will contribute to the continued growth of this special project,” Jeary added.
That growth is evident near the southeast corner of Lakeside Parkway and FM 2499 where another office building — this one 22,000 square feet — is under construction.
“The foundation was recently poured,” said Realty Capital’s Jimmy Archie. “Vertical construction of the structure of the building should start later this month.”
“It should be complete by the end of November.”
