Allison Hayden’s considerable experience in high-rise condominium sales helped several buyers in the past month find their new home at the Tower, pushing the percentage sold to 44 percent. The bank will fund construction once 50 percent of the units are reserved.
“Everybody is ready for construction to begin,” laughed Allison Hayden from her desk in the sales trailer on the site of The Lakeside Tower, “and I aim to make them all happy.”
Since last spring, buyers have reserved 38 percent of the units. Over the past month, Hayden has helped several more buyers find their new home at the Tower, pushing the percentage sold to 44 percent.
The bank will fund construction once 50 percent of the units are reserved. That’s just a matter of two or three more units.
“The Lakeside Tower has everything for the high-end buyer,” explained the veteran of Dallas/Fort Worth real estate who has successfully sold million-dollar high-rise condominiums in Uptown (The Azure) and downtown Fort Worth (Omni Residences) over the last seven years.
