Santa, free horse-drawn carriage rides, live music, and the lighting of Lakeside’s 30-foot Christmas tree will kickoff the holiday season on Friday, November 23, 6-9 pm.
Free valet parking will be available close to the intersection of Surrey and Lakeside (follow the signs).
Many Lakeside merchants will contribute to the merry-making by offering special activities at their storefronts (click here for a map).
In the spirit of giving, don’t forget to bring toys for the less fortunate to The Moviehouse & Eatery and drop off canned goods at Victory Sports Rehab.

The carriages range in size from six passengers to 20 passengers.
If the lines prove too long, come back after November 23. Pleasures Past Carriages will offer horse-drawn carriage rides in Lakeside throughout the holiday season.
Santa will be greeting children in the park adjacent to Carvao Prime Brazilian Steakhouse (just east of Paradise Bistro & Coffee Co.). Face-painting and a special mail drop for letters to Santa’s North Pole address will be located nearby.
