Sep-Oct aerial update: You’ll love what’s coming 

The September/October 2024 aerial update shows future attractions springing up in Lakeside Village, from the Villas by Van Trease to Thirty-One 11 Sunset, luxury apartment residences overlooking Lake Grapevine. This update also offers the first peek at the two-level underground garage under construction at the community’s southern tip. It will serve as the foundation for a scenic public place offering lake-view dining and much more.  

As you can see, lake views will soon play a much more prominent role in Lakeside Village.

The Villas by Van Trease bring to life the community’s Mediterranean style in lock-and-leave luxury located within an easy walk of spectacular lake views, the Shops at Lakeside, Northshore Trail, and South Sunset. The quality of construction and the attention to detail in these homes reflect the tradition of third-generation custom builder Van Trease Architectural Designs. A tour is the best way to fully appreciate the quality built into every layer of the villas.

Construction on Thirty-One 11 Sunset is winding down, with scheduled completion set for February 2025. The lake views from these residences (and captured in the aerial update) distinguish it from every other rental unit in Dallas-Fort Worth. Then there is the sixth floor amenity deck featuring the most scenic swimming pool in North Texas, a fully staffed bar and lounge, and a 13th floor private dining room.

Visitors will have access to the waterfront, Rockledge Park, and Northshore Trail. 

More is coming. South Sunset will be home to Hotel Miramar, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, as well as 3301 Sunset, a six-story office building that will feature a social club overlooking the lake.
