On Friday, Sepeteber 8, the Lakeside Music Series will welcome back Crystal Yates, the act that started off the series in July (see a clip of her performance).
Yates’ soulful brand of country music won the day at the 2014 Texaco Country Showdown (awarded at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium). She has toured Europe and the US.
She and husband Will are also known to many locals for their frequent Sunday performances at the Cross Timbers Church in nearby Argyle.
