Slip Clay & Lil’ Bro will color the Lakeside Music Series blue on Friday, November 18, with some bluesy rock ‘n roll.
The popular Easy Sliders food truck also will be on site.
As in their appearance on August 5, a few guest musicians may stop by and join the fun. They are sure to get the crowd movin’ and groovin’.
You’ll hear everything from Ray Charles to Stevie Ray Vaughn.

Singer-songwriter Chris Raspante will perform his blend of bluesy rock ’n roll and Americana at the Lakeside Music Series Friday night at 7 pm.
An accomplished session musician, engineer, and producer who spent 16 years in Nashville, Raspante will play a mix of songs from his two albums plus covers. His musical style will remind you of the Black Keys, White Stripes, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Wilco.

Pianist and keyboard player Jeff Jacobs, who toured and recorded with Billy Joel, Foreigner, and many others, performs at the Lakeside Music Series Friday night, September 16, 7-9 pm.
Expect Jacobs to sing and play outstanding versions of classics from Billy Joel to Johnny Cash, Oscar Peterson to Bad Co., the Doobie Brothers to Queen.
Jacobs played keyboards on “We Didn’t Start the Fire,” the No. 1 hit by Billy Joel in 1989, as well as the rest of the Storm Front album.

The graduate of the UNT jazz school is said to embody the “essence” of John Mayer, the improvisational quality of the Dave Matthews Band, and lyrical silliness of Jack Johnson.

Sebastian Valenzuela performed at Lakeside’s Summer Music Series on July 22. He returns Friday night, September 2, for another appearance (after having been rained out two weeks ago). The series is held in the plaza of The Shops at Lakeside (2314 Lakeside Parkway in Flower Mound).
The Summer Music Series at The Shops at Lakeside will welcome 21-year-old Sebastian Valenzuela to the stage this Friday, from 7-9 pm.
Valenzuela was scheduled to appear on August 19, but weather cancelled that performance.

Singer-songwriter Jon Christopher Davis brings his “Lone Star Attitude®” to the Summer Music Series at The Shops at Lakeside DFW on Friday night.
The Dallas native has written songs for Dolly Parton, Hal Ketchum, Timothy B. Schmit of the Eagles, Billy Ray Cyrus, Sherrie Austin, Rodney Atkins, and Tammy Cochran.

Jimmy Archie, managing partner of Realty Capital, master developer of Lakeside DFW, announced this week that the free Friday night concerts will continue through the fall.
He expects them to become a staple of the community.
