We eat at Carvao’s the opening day the manager Verza looked after us for many years at another Brazilian Restaurant. The food/meats are top quality, the salad bar very small lack of variety, growing pains that is normal we will definitely eat there again, we fly to the US 6 to 8 times a year maintain a summer residence in Texas and usually go to restaurants that has great food and most of all great service. The attitude is great, little confusing on the first day. Some things to a little bid to long but understandable. Salad Bar needs to be improved the former place we catered to was set up ideally. Great Food, Great staff we definitely will return.
